Demand for diversity drives up sales in The Crest

The latest stage in Brookwater’s The Crest release has boosted enquiry levels for the entire precinct, with more than half of The Crest collection now sold.

Brookwater’s The Crest is a compilation of 61 properties across four stages, ranging from large elevated homesites to luxury home and land packages.

Brookwater Residential General Manager Terry Honan said the desire for housing diversity coupled with an exclusive golf lifestyle is driving demand for the entire The Crest precinct.

“The Crest has proven to be one of Brookwater’s most popular releases, with more than 50 per cent of the entire precinct now sold,” Mr Honan said.

“One of Brookwater’s most diverse precincts, The Crest offers a wide range of home and land options to suit a variety of lifestyles and needs.

“Earlier stages of The Crest include some of Brookwater’s most premium bush-frontage homesites, with our latest stage featuring a series of four-bedroom luxury terrace homes, lifestyle homes and traditional homes,” he said.

The Crest’s premium bush-frontage homesites start from $353,000 and average 1000 square metres in size. These sites have proved popular with families looking to upgrade to a more elevated position, building their own ‘treetop retreat’ amongst native Australian bushland.

The latest stage in The Crest is an exciting collection of 31 home and land packages, appealing to existing residents, families looking to downsize and investors. Homesites range from 401 square metres to 814 square metres, with home and land packages priced from $495,000.

“There has been a tremendous amount of growth in the area which has driven the need for a diversity of housing options to suit a variety of lifestyles,” Mr Honan said.

“Enquiry levels for our latest release have been strong since it was officially launched last month, with the diversity of housing options proving to be a major drawcard for buyers,” he said.

In addition to the new housing options, Mr Honan said new residents had been attracted to Brookwater’s peaceful surrounds and exclusive lifestyle.

“Set on one of Brookwater’s most elevated ridgelines along Opossum Creek, not only is The Crest one of Brookwater’s most peaceful areas, it also boasts some of the best views in the area,” Mr Honan said.

“With access to high-quality community facilities including the award-winning Brookwater Golf & Country Club, it is no wonder more people are looking to invest in Brookwater,” he said.
