Make a booking Brookwater Golf Club is pleased to welcome husband and wife team Alexander and Carolyn Obel to the roles of head chef and restaurant manager of the Club's restaurant Magnolia. The Obel's have more than 30 years of combined experience in the hospitality industry, including 10 years in which they owned and ran their own restaurant in New Zealand. Alexander has worked in restaurants throughout the world, beginning his career in Germany, and has experience in European, Asian and Australasian cuisine. He will bring to Magnolia an experienced palette and a dedication to delivering guests the best quality and dynamic cuisine. Carolyn grew up working in the family food business, and has also managed a one hundred seater restaurant in Queenstown. With their international experience and dedication to delivering quality service and cuisine, Alexander and Carolyn will ensure that Magnolia provides guests with a first-class dining experience. |
