Beautifully positioned quarter acre homesites in Brookwater
Wednesday, 9 January 2013
There are just seven quarter-acre blocks currently available in Brookwater, with the premier golf community’s recent Quarter Acre Living campaign resulting in a surge of enquiries over the past two weeks.
The remaining quarter-acre homesites are available in Brookwater’s The Augusta, The Panorama and The Crest stages, offering buyers rare bush-frontage or elevated ridge-top positioning and access to all of Brookwater’s premier community facilities.
Brookwater Residential General Manager Terry Honan said the desire for larger homesites coupled with an exclusive golf lifestyle is driving demand for the quarter-acre homesites, which average 1125 square metres.
“Quarter-acre homesites are rarely available in the surrounding areas and are proving to be a major drawcard for buyers at the moment,” Mr Honan said.
“We launched our Quarter Acre Living campaign at the very end of 2012 and within two weeks have had a surge of new interest from prospective buyers.
'These blocks particularly appeal to couples looking at building their dream family home with plenty of space for a pool and a backyard.
“All offer the space residents need to build their home exactly as they want, with the added benefits of being in close proximity to schools, shopping, medical centres, public transport and other community facilities,” he said.
“Also, all quarter acre homesites boast access to natural gas and broadband internet,” he said.
The remaining quarter-acre homesites range in size from 1041 square metres to 1358 square metres, with prices starting from $300,000.
“Brookwater residents will continue to benefit from growth in the area with a number of exciting new developments set for completion in 2013, including the Brookwater Retail Village, anchored by Woolworths and Mater Health Services,” Mr Honan said.
The Springfield Rail Line is also set for completion in 2013, which will see 9.5 kilometres of dual rail line built to new stations at Springfield (near Woodcrest College) and Springfield Central (near Orion Town Centre).
Transport to and from Brookwater will be further enhanced in 2014 when the upgrade to the Centenary Highway is complete. The upgrade will see an extra two lanes added to the highway between Springfield Parkway and Johnson Road at Greenbank, three bridges and a new on-ramp from Logan Motorway.
“With access to these, and other premier community facilities such as the Greg Norman-designed golf course, it is no wonder more people are choosing to live in Brookwater.”
