Between 1st January and 31st March 2009, when you purchase a selected home or homesite* Brookwater will pay a lump sum equal to 2.5% of 95% of the purchase price each year for five years upon settlement.

  2. Contracts will be at List Price.
  3. $1,000 initial deposit upon signing of contract.
  4. Balance deposit up to 5% deposit payable in 21 days from date of contract.
  5. Contracts to be conditional only on finance or building &/or pest inspection.
  6. Unconditional contract on or before 21 days from date of contract.
  7. Settlement on or before 15th June 2009.
