Celebrate Australia Day at Brookwater

December, 2008

Join in the celebration of our nation at Brookwater Golf Club, when the Australia Day Festival brings The Good Life Festival to a close for another year.

Set outdoors in the 'Big Tent', guests will enjoy some great Aussie cuisine including a delicious outback BBQ and the traditional meat pie, along with a selection of Australian wine and beer.

Guests will also enjoy entertainment by a live band that will play all the classic Aussie rock songs.

Brookwater Golf Club general manager Mark Holland said the Festival would be a great way to celebrate Australia Day and should not be missed.

"There will be something for everyone at the Australia Day Festival, so bring along your family and friends and enjoy the great food, drinks and entertainment," Mr Holland said.

The Australia Day Festival will be held from 11am to 3pm on Monday, January 26 at Brookwater Golf Club on Tournament Drive, Brookwater.

Locals who come along on the day will also have the opportunity to treat themselves to 9 holes on the spectacular Greg Norman designed course from 2pm for only $50. To make a golf booking please contact the Golf Shop on (07) 3814 5500.
