Market Stall Holder Information

Brookwater Markets has space for 70 plus stall holders. 80% of the stalls are reserved for food only stalls. 20% are reserved for either food related stalls, household goods or where space permits, alternative therapies, arts and crafts, lifestyle products including collectables and fashion.

All stall holders must have both public liability insurance and product liability insurance. Stall holders selling food must have a current food licence.

Market Trading Hours
First and Third Sunday of every month: 7am – 12pm; Set up time: 5am

Stall Sizes
3x3m Gazebo size site for larger arrangement can be made.

Please note: this is an open air market. Stall holders are responsible for bringing all equipment including tables, power leads, covers for leads (required for health & safety reasons), marquees and any other items required to safely store and effectively promote their own product/s.

Power is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Stall holders must advise Brookwater Markets at time of booking if power is required. A $10 charge to the stall holder is incurred to cover running costs on each market day.

Stall Fees
Stall fees vary depending on stall holder regularity. Discounts apply for multiple site stalls, advanced payments and regular operators We are pleased to announce that for a time to build up the markets no fee will be charged, this will be reviewed in November 2009.

General information
All stall holders are required to book a minimum of 1 week in advance of the market date. At time of booking, stall holders will be issued with a site number and site map. Stall holders who sign a Sub Licence Agreement will be entitled to the same site number every market. Stall holders not on an agreement will not be guaranteed the same site market-to-market.

You can drive to your site to unpack any time from 5.00am – 6.45am. Cars must be moved and parked outside the market area by 6.45am. For stall holders whose vehicles are used for storing perishables, cars can be parallel parked behind your stall and left on site.

Site fees are collected on entry when applicable. For safety reasons, no vehicle is to be moved on site between 7.00am – 12pm.

If you come to the markets without booking, you will not be guaranteed a site on the day and will be subject to a fee penalty.

If you don’t have a booking please arrive around 6.30am. You will be placed on stand-by and will be allocated a site should one become available.

Brookwater Markets reserves the right to refuse admission to the Market to any person and to eject or cause to be ejected any person and/or his/her goods and chattels without giving any reason for the same.

Fake copyright products must not be sold at Brookwater Markets.

Some stall applications may be declined if deemed inappropriate or causing over duplication.
