Hole by hole
Hole 13
551m - Par 5
The signature hole at Brookwater, this par 5 runs sharply downhill and doglegs to the left 260m from the tee. The elevated tee shot is played to a very narrow fairway gully which rolls and twists its way towards the green.
The right hand corner of the dogleg is guarded by a bunker. The fairway then veers left, sweeping downhill over humps and hollows, ensuring rarely a flat lie for any shot. The green is set into the side of a hill and is guarded by a series of bunkers 65m from the green.
The green is a very small target and requires an accurate approach shot. The hill on the right hand side of the green can be used to funnel balls onto the green.
Pro's Tip: Plan where you want to play your approach to the green from to assist in hitting the small target.
