    NOTICE REGARDING CHANGE TO DRIFT BROOKWATER MANAGEMENT

    We wish to advise that on Monday 25th March 2013 the operator of Drift Brookwater, Drift Pty Ltd (a company not associated with Springfield Land Corporation or Brookwater Golf Club), went into liquidation.

    All food and beverage operations at the club are now being operated directly by the Brookwater Golf Club, which will honour the following valid Drift gift vouchers until close of business Tuesday 30 April 2013:

    • Purchased gift vouchers;
    • ½ price lunch vouchers; and
    • $35 lunch vouchers.

    Brookwater Golf and Country Club's signature restaurant Magnolia offers the perfect setting in which to enjoy an a la carte breakfast or lunch any day of the week. Magnolia boasts a great value menu featuring exquisite dishes carefully designed by the industry's most talented chefs.

    For a more casual dining experience, Brookwater's Club Bar offers a diverse menu that has something for everyone. From a delicious on-the-go snack to a la carte lunch and All Day High Tea on the terrace, the Club Bar caters for every taste bud.

    A huge floor-to-ceiling glass wall faces the well appointed restaurant and bar area providing panoramic views of the course and native bushland.

    Our Executive Chef and team take particular pride in the quality and presentation of a fantastic selection of cuisine featuring fresh and local produce.

    Served within 45 minutes and available Monday to Friday, your choice of a two or three course meal with one of the following beverages, glass of house white, red, local tap beer or sparkling water included for $30.00 per person for two courses or $40.00 per person for three courses.
