The proposed Brookwater Village is an urban space which will compromise cafes, delis, offices, premium residences and boutique shopping.

Brookwater Village will be a place to meet for coffee and a catch up with Brookwater residents, friends and family.  A place where you can get the bread, milk and newspapers on the way home and be served by someone who remembers your name.
